Concierge Opportunity
Radical hospitality is the cornerstone of ARC and is achieved through the warm welcome and personal attention that guests receive before, during and after their retreats, which allows them to feel seen, heard, valued, loved, and supported.
ARC needs several special volunteers willing to fill the role of concierge.
The concierge volunteers will be responsible for hospitality, orientation of guests for safety features and amenities, and troubleshooting to ensure that ARC is ready to provide groups with a positive retreat experience.
Duties include:
Greeting guests and being available to meet their requests
Working with the Kitchen Team to maintain the hydration station
Working with the A-Team (our Facilities Team) to start fires in the fireplace or outside in the pit
Working with the Campus Director to regulate temperature in rooms with fans/heaters and accommodate arrangement of furniture
Checking rooms for personal items and prepare laundry for laundry volunteers on the final day
Ideally, we need one volunteer who could cover each shift on weekends when we have retreats and have the availability to stay on the ARC campus for the length of the retreat or live close enough to commute.
Friday 2 - 8 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. -2 p.m.
Saturday 2 - 8 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
